Construction and Demolition Waste Prevention and Management Plan

Under the terms of Article 52 of Law No. 52/2021, of August 10, in works subject to licensing or prior communication, the RCD producer is, in particular, obliged to:

a) Promote PPGRCD;

b) Ensure the existence and screening of an adequate RCD system on site;

c) Carry out and maintain, together with the work book, a record of RCD and e-GAR data;

Compliance with the provisions is a condition for the issuance of the usage license or provisional acceptance of works.
